A Study in Renaissance, Chapter 8
Ever wonder why we keep getting ourselves into the same situation? Even when we are trying to avoid getting ourselves into the same predicament, we somehow find ourselves in the very scenarios we were trying to avert. And we can see other people doing it too! There is a reason.
Let’s start with a vision Kent had. Envision a circle. At various stations along the outside of the circle are other, smaller circles. In the center of the circle lies the current lesson. Imagine traveling along the circumference of the circle, following the circular line, then getting off at each smaller circle, traveling about its circumference. As we complete our tour around the smaller circle, we end up back on the larger circle and proceed forward until we disembark at the next smaller circle to travel about its perimeter. We continue to do this, moving about the larger circle, then the smaller one, getting back on the bigger circle, etc., until we have traveled around both the larger circle and all the smaller ones and we have ended back at our starting point. We have now come 360-degrees.
Imagine that inside the larger circle lies the larger lesson. Each of the smaller circles represent each reoccurring event, positioned at various angles relative to our beginning point and to the lesson in the center. These scenarios are looping around at different angles to give us a different angle of view to look at the lesson from. Once we have come “full circle,” we have viewed that lesson from all angles and we come to completion of the lesson. It is then time to receive a vibrational attunement to the new understanding and move on.
Meditation, or what our guides refer to as “sedatiousness,” allows our minds to piece together a meaningful understanding and also allows any outside guidance to come in, delivering a conceptual understanding, a more panoramic view. As we contemplate our events, we progress through a series of angles in which we are looking at our events from and the meanings change: our understanding changes. The end result of value is dictated by our final interpretation. This is what our spiritual mentors refer to as “angular learning.” Each angle we are viewing from has an equivalent mathematical formula. As we correct our thinking to a more expansive truth, we are also correcting our mathematical balance. It’s automatic. All we have to do is the inner contemplation.
Most events that occur here on our planet are influenced by the changing vibrational fields of the planets within our solar system as they move in their orbits. Think about it this way: you are to meet a couple of friends for lunch. One of the friends is running a bit late. You and the other friend are engaged in an interaction with its own dynamics; its own emotional feel. In comes the third person and the dynamics change, the conversation changes, the interaction changes, the emotions change. Each person is putting off a particular vibration at that time, based on a multiplicity of factors. The vibrations put off by each person present creates a combined vibrational field and feeling tone. Now draw the parallel to the planets in their changing orbits. The planetary alignments create a variable vibrational field that influences the events that occur here on Earth. These alignments set the stage for event possibilities to further our understanding of energy pathways. This is how astrology fits in!
We recommend that you now return to the book, The Augmentation of Man, A Study in Renaissance, and read section that corresponds to the title and chapter of this blog. Allow time to contemplate, re-read as needed. Have patience, it does get easier. This translation is reflective of our current level of understanding. Perhaps you can find an even more profound one!
