MEDITATION FOR GUIDANCE AND LEARNING

  MEDITATION FOR GUIDANCE AND LEARNING

There are many types of meditation.

There is meditation for health, allowing one to become more relaxed, relieving tension and reducing cortisol levels so the body and immune system can function optimally.Transcendental meditation uses mantras that are recited to allow clearing of the mind.  There is meditation in which one is the observer of one’s thoughts.  A meditative state for us, or as our spirit guides call it, sedaciousness, is used as a way of communicating with our spirit guides for advise and understanding and connecting with the wide universe of other beings in order to gain understanding of the Universe and our
role in it.

It is this communication that allows Kent to receive information about our world, who we are and what role we have within the whole of the Universe.  This is the information that we are passing on to others in order to allow people the opportunity for further understanding of our world and Universe and our role within it.  It gives us the opportunity to align with the Universal truths and move away from the distortions of our own society.  It allows us to be guided on our path, opening new doors to serendipitous adventures. It delivers to us understandings of who we are and how the unseen world
works.

INTENT, PEACE AND LOVE

Anyone can reach the ability to tap into this guidance and knowledge.

But certain rules apply when it comes to the information. The most important of these rules is what is your intent?  How pure is your heart?  What are you using the information for?  Is your intent self motivated, meaning is it for gain in the material world?  Or is it your desire to use it for elevation of your own self worth (ego)?  Or do you have the purest desire to spiritually elevate yourself, align to your true path and follow your guidance?  Do you truly wish to help humanity by bringing yourself into alignment with real truth, thereby assisting in the creation of a peaceful world?  It is when we align to these truths of the Universe that we remove the misperceptions of our world.  As moreand more people align to truth, we come to the same page in the book of understanding.  We no longer argue about what is truth, we are in agreement.  We thus create the conditions for peace to exist.

We were recently taught through our spirit guides that peace has to come before love can exist.  It is a very confounding statement.  But with contemplation it becomes obvious.  A happy marriage can fall into dispair if abuse, neglect or mistrust enter into it.It would not work to tell people living in the Middle East or Africa to just love one another.  Love can exist and flourish when peace exists.  Peace will only exist when we understand our spiritual selves, our world, why we are here, the Universe and all that is in it.Universal understanding creates the conditions for peace to exist.  Peace creates the conditions for love to flourish.

The changes that are coming quickly upon us are going to push us into this next era of peace and understanding.  It is going to be a time of “awesome enlightenment”.  Not all in the physical and non-physical are ready for this higher vibrational level.  For those who are ready and willing, it is time now to get started if you haven’t done so already.  It is time to look within for the answers to who we are and where we fit in within the Universe.  This can be done through meditation, sedaciousness, or clearing of the mind to align with who we are and the Universal truths.  We are entering a period in which truth will be revealed on many levels.  It will be a period of great challenge to our old ways of thinking.  This is also a period where the material world will be stripped away to reveal our true purpose for being.  During this time the meditative state can
also be used as a way of clearing the mind, relaxing and bringing ourselves back into balance.

IN OUR EXPERIENCE…

We will give you the nut-shell version of our meditation.

You may find that another way works better for you.  Try different variations to see what works best.First, select a regular time of day when you are alert, preferably between meals and not late in the day, as you may find you do more sleeping than meditating.  Allow enough time to get into a deep meditative state, at least a half an hour at first.  Turn off all phones and make sure that you will not be interrupted and dim the lights. It may help to have a digital recorder in which you have already recorded the day and pressed the “pause” button for when you start to receive information.  With just one click, you can start to dictate uninterrupted what you “hear” in your mind.

The hardest part is emtying the mind of thoughts.

There are many ways of doing this, any is valid if they work for you.You may want to start with a visual focal point, such as a candle or other item.  You may want to use rhythmic breathing to focus your attention.Perhaps starting with a repetitive chant or mantra, such as “ohm” may help.  Sometimes I visualize a computerized trash can in which I “throw away” the thought.  Sometimes just being the observer of the thought works.

Once you have cleared the mind, notice the color in your vision behind closed eyes.

At the beginning of the meditation, the color is often a charcoal grey.  Observe this.  What we have noticed is that a blue morphing sphere will start to
develop.  Focus on this sphere.
